Press 0 for reception (you will hear your caller number in the queue and approximate wait time).
Press 0 again to leave a message about your cancellation.
NOTE: This message only plays when phones are being answered:
Mon – Thurs from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and again from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
