Trenton-Brighton Medical Clinic – New Patient Portal
We are excited to announce that we have begun sending out invitations to enrol in our new Patient Portal through Medfar Solutions, our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
With our new Patient Portal, you will be able to:
- Communicate directly with your doctor.
- Book appointments online.
- Receive and access documents from our clinic.
A Note About Email Addresses and Family Accounts
Each patient must register using their own unique email address. If you share an email address with another person, only one individual will be able to create an account using that email address.
However, our clinic can add family members or other individuals to your patient profile where appropriate, allowing for shared access when needed.
New EMR System
We have implemented a new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Online doctor booking is temporarily unavailable and is expected to resume in the coming weeks.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our staff adjust to the new system. Some services may take a little longer than usual during this transition.

Urgent Care appointments are available by phone only. Please call the clinic to book an Urgent Care appointment before coming to the clinic.
