The option to book an appointment is on the top menu. This menu is called a sticky menu and you should be able to see it on every page at the top.

In case you do not see the top menu, please make sure you have updated your browser to the most recent version.

On a mobile unit or a tablet you will see three lines on the top right of the screen from where you can access the appointment/booking option.
